Healthy Eating Habits for Baby Boomers
As Baby Boomers age, their nutritional needs change and maintaining a balanced Diet becomes more critical than ever. Additionally, the aging process naturally slows down the metabolism and changes how your body processes and absorbs nutrients, making it crucial to focus on nutrient-dense foods. To combat the effects of aging, certain nutrients become particularly important. Calcium and vitamin D are essential for maintaining bone health, while proteins are crucial to preserve muscle mass.
