Back when we Boomers were kids, there was a television commercial that proclaimed, “When you’ve got your health, you’ve got just about everything.” Doubtless, even though we heard it a hundred times, few of us understood just how true that slogan would prove to be.
Which is why we cannot overstate the importance of living a healthy Lifestyle. After all, the youngest of us are now in our late 50s. And even if we’ve already aged into Medicare or are well into our Retirement years, we still want the good health that’s needed to maintain our active lives.
