Sleep Better for Baby Boomers
Sleep is a cornerstone of health, particularly for Baby Boomers. As you age, getting a good night’s sleep becomes even more crucial, affecting everything from your mood to your overall well-being. But many baby boomers face unique challenges that disrupt their sleep. As we age, our sleep patterns naturally change. You might find yourself waking up earlier or struggling to stay asleep through the night. This is because the body’s internal clock shifts, often leading to lighter, more fragmented sleep. Aging can also bring about physical changes that impact sleep quality. Decreased production of Growth hormones can reduce deep sleep, while changes in the brain can alter how long it takes to fall asleep and stay asleep.
