Therapy
Therapy for Baby Boomers and Its Many Forms
Therapy for the Baby Boomer Generation comes in all kinds of different forms. Many of us may need physical therapy (PT) or occupational therapy (OT) or speech therapy. Others may use message therapy or music therapy or even Caregiving therapy. We may use therapy in dealing with loss and Grief or when we recognize Depression and Anxiety.
In this part of the site, we will bring together therapy and its many different uses to help the baby boomer generation deal with many of the issues we face as we age. As an example, physical therapy and occupational therapy are not just treatments, but crucial supports that enhance the lives of Baby Boomers; and by addressing our physical, practical, and fulfilling lives, Baby Boomers who take advantage of these therapeutic services can enjoy a higher quality of life, with greater autonomy and fewer limitations, thereby embracing their senior years with vitality and confidence.
