Meditation is the practice where an individual uses techniques such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought or activity, to achieve a mentally clear and emotional calm state.
In this area, we will explore the health benefits of meditation which may include enhancing cognitive function, Stress reduction, improving our Sleep patterns, alleviating chronic pain, boosting heart health and our overall emotional well-being. We also look at the physical benefits of meditation and its impact on Aging, enhancing immune functions and how it helps blood pressure control.
