Calmness and tranquility are not just for the young; they are essential for every stage of life, and quite important to the Baby Boomer Generation. As Baby Boomers transition into Retirement and possibly a slower pace of life, the definition of calm, which is a state of peacefulness and free from excitement or disturbance, finding this peace and serenity becomes increasingly important. The Stress of career, raising a family, and other work and personal responsibilities may have taken a toll on our Mental Health over the years.
