Understanding Generation Z: A Guide for Baby Boomers
In this rapidly evolving digital age, it’s essential for Baby Boomers to understand the younger generations, especially Gen Z, who are the future bearers of society. Born between 1997 and 2012, Generation Z is considered the most technologically savvy, socially aware, and ambitious generation yet. Gen Z has grown up in a tech-filled world and is the first generation to have never known life without the internet.
