Born in the North Georgia mountains, Teresa is passionate about living life to its fullest and helping others do the same. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to start several businesses, from drafting design to real estate, small business Coaching, and eco-development.
In 2006, Teresa and her husband embarked on a 10-year adventure in Costa Rica, reflecting her adventurous nature. Embracing the philosophy of being a "Leaner Meaner Senior," Teresa believes aging is all about attitude. She promotes the idea that with strong intention and belief, one can control their health and vitality.
