Carolyn Tabak is a UK and Europe registered psychotherapist with over 30 years experience. She was always a good sleeper until menopause hit.
Following her own period of insomnia 4 years ago, she thought she had tried everything, without success, and was really struggling. And then she stumbled across Cognitive Behavioural therapy for insomnia. It worked! So she did the training and is helping others overcome insomnia.
