Dealing with chronic illness from a young age and going through the journey of healing inside and out has helped Amy become the empowered and passionate woman she is today. Her healing journey led her to discover and embody the abundance of a holistic Lifestyle. She has learned the power of understanding the importance of your internal environment, how it reflects outwardly, and how your external environment deeply affects your internal world.

We can not compartmentalize ourselves into believing that all the parts of our lives and the different hats that we wear doesn’t have an effect on others. All this work has also taught Amy that we are all in our own unique version of this. YOU as the incredible individual that you are is unique. This means in order to thrive you need to not only discover what words like health, success, peace, purpose, fulfillment, and abundance mean to you, but you need to own that and learn to thrive from that space. Holistic healing, holistic self-improvement, self-awareness, and learning to build her self-belief and self-worth have all been pillars in her journey and she is dedicated to guiding others in doing the same. Amy’s passion is speaking into others’ lives and facilitating a space to help others lean into their own unique version of holistic peace, purpose, and potential!
