Tineke spent most of her career (25+ years ) in corporate roles, the last 13 years of which in change management, supporting people through organisational changes.
She spent the last 4 years of that DIY-ing herself through a journey of self-discovery and exploration to – at one point – find herself looking at a piece of paper with FIVE circles on it. It said: Women. Change. Work. Art. Books. Yes, make sense of THAT!
It was at THAT point that she became aware of Coaching as a profession, retrained as an ICF accredited coach and set up her own business, helping women create happy careers with her Career Freedom programme.
She now supports women in being HAPPY in what they’re doing. Happy and fulfilled in their careers.
Tineke believes that CREATIVITY is the key to career change. You need IDEAS and SOLUTIONS. You also need creativity IN your work, for your creative projects, for a business or side hustle and at home.
