In a society so focused on youth and vitality, the wellbeing of Baby Boomers often takes a back seat. Wellbeing is the state of being comfortable, healthy, and happy in life. It encompasses various aspects of a person’s existence, including physical, mental, emotional, and social Health which is building meaningful Relationships and maintaining a supportive social network. Wellbeing is not just about avoiding illness but about thriving in all areas of life. As our Experts in this area of the site address, when we talk about wellbeing, we refer to an overall sense of life satisfaction, happiness, and purpose. If we have a good wellbeing we are more likely to feel positive Emotions, have strong relationships, and cope better with daily stresses. Wellbeing can be influenced by Lifestyle choices, social connections, financial stability, and environmental factors.

Wellbeing is a holistic concept that includes physical, mental, emotional, social, financial, and environmental health. Achieving overall wellbeing requires balance in all these areas.
