Life is a tapestry of constant transformation, where every encounter and experience shapes our journey. I first connected with Krishna after we were both guests on a podcast.
Check out The Sweetest Little Life Podcast with me or Krishna’s episode.
I’ve worked with her as an IFS coach to release my post-banking Trauma. During our sessions, our conversations revealed a shared passion for visualizing change—both the bold, unmistakable shifts and the gentle, quiet transitions.
Her voice is so soft and powerful, her gifts other-wordly.
Krishna’s work (She’s worked with nearly 25K clients and is working on her IFS couples certification) is rooted in helping people release subconscious Stress and rewire limiting beliefs through two powerful modalities:
Internal Family Systems (IFS): Developed by psychologist Dr. Richard Schwartz, IFS is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals understand and integrate different “parts” of themselves, fostering self-awareness, healing, and emotional balance.
PSYCH-K®: Created by Robert M. Williams, M.A., PSYCH-K is a neuroscience-based process that rewires subconscious beliefs quickly and effectively, offering a way to break through mental and emotional blocks.
Through these frameworks, Krishna guides clients in deep transformation, helping them shift patterns that traditional talk Therapy often struggles to address.
Hi Krishna! Give us a life update—what is your work focus, where do you live?
Krishna: I am guiding clients with Internal Family Systems and releasing subconscious stress with a process called PSYCH-K. Both modalities are formal Mental Health frameworks created by psychologists and they are often more helpful for patients than traditional talk therapy. I live in Portland, OR, but work virtually with people around the world.
I love seasonal shifts and phases in many ways. How have you enjoyed the shift into mid-life?
Krishna: I don’t sweat the small things. I trust myself more. I appreciate going slower. I understand what is sacred.
To know what is sacred feels like this life’s lessons in many ways. Each season brings change and lessons. Spring is a rebirth for many yet it can be so hard. What do you love about seasons? What is challenging?
Krishna: I am a big fan of change. As a long time Vipassana meditator, I understand the impermanence of all things. Feeling stuck without seasons and change is what would be challenging for me.
What’s a professional choice you’ve made that shows your ability to forecast the season you are about to be in? Women often come to me feeling stuck at work. I love to give them examples of moving through the gray muck of life.
Krishna: I simply follow flow and what feels natural. I notice what and who comes to see me for support and read the energy of what lessons people are trying to master and learn from.
Flow is something I believe comes with confidence to stay open and not fill our calendars.
In an entrepreneurial role, how do you avoid feeling overwhelmed in springtime? I find the invitations increase, my desire to do much more triples but avoiding Burnout is so critical?
Krishna: My lens as a TCM practitioner helps me understand the spring as the season of the liver, when liver energy is overflowing. This can show up as excess; irritability, frustration, pent up feelings, overindulgence, etc. I choose things that soothe the liver, whether it’s tea, Sleep, nature time, spending time quiet, etc.
I know you love living in Portland to get all that nature time in all year round but especially in spring. What’s one must have a low cost wellness practice or product in rotation? What’s the number one low cost item you’d recommend right now?
Krishna: Sleep, hydration, nature time, turning off my phone early (at least an hour before bed), eating clean, Meditation, moving my body in an inspired way daily.
You’ve told us so many things that are in our control and free. Thank you for the reminder to keep wellness simple. What’s one buzz-worthy food must have that is worth the hype?
Krishna: Avoiding seed oils

Why I started the Season Series
Transitions—both subtle and significant—shape our lives. This Season Series explores the art of living in the “&,” moving through change with intentionality. Through these conversations, I aim to write more, collaborate often, and share the gifts of others. Today, we look forward to the frost melting, sunshining in hopes spring is nearby. It’s a liminal time.
