Before becoming a coach, she spent nearly 20 years as a teacher. However, her life took a dramatic turn when Stress, overachieving and constantly pushing myself resulted in her becoming too ill to work and she burnt out completely. This challenging period, though devastating, ignited a profound journey of transformation and healing. Coaching and energy medicine played a pivotal role in her recovery and personal Growth and she now brings these powerful tools and insights to her own clients.

Paula is passionate about the belief that every woman deserves and is fully capable of experiencing empowerment, vitality, joy, good health and success. Her mission is to support as many women as possible in achieving these fulfilling and empowering goals.
