Arlene Cohen Miller is an attorney who now helps others through her work-life balance Coaching and transformational mentoring. She shares her journey and the tools she uses to live her best life. Arlene shares her reasons for leaving her marriage and how she had to grow up very quickly in her career and life.

She talks about becoming aware of the tools we already have to nurture ourselves as much as we nurture others. She became aware of this need at a young age when she saw her own mother giving so much to her kids that she had to be told to get herself some new clothes.

One of the “aha” moments that she shares is taking the idea of choosing gratitude aspect a step further than just listing out what you are thankful for. Taking the time to actually feel what you are grateful for is much more meaningful and gives you a strong foundation to move forward.
