Hi,My name is Marc Scheff, and I am a certified Coach, award-winning artist, entrepreneur, and parent of two incredible kids. I’ve had the pleasure of working with inspirational and influential people like an international jiu-jitsu competitor, an award-winning filmmaker, and an advisor to President Joe Biden.I have a calling and passion for unlocking potential in others. Training, researching, reading, and experimenting in the field of world-changing, one conversation at a time.I’ve had unique opportunities in life, crafting me into an artist and expressive business owner. I was accepted and graduated from Harvard, had a growing career in tech including leadership roles, opened a successful art gallery alongside an art career, pitched and funded a dream project creating art space and residencies, and now live these passions through my work as a coach. It’s exactly this breadth of experience that allows me to go deep with my clients, and bring fascinating stories to conversations with podcast hosts. I’m in a constant phase of learning and executing, designing that balance for myself and others on a more fulfilling path.Two years ago I faced a mental pitfall and found myself in a dark place. With great support from family and friends, I used some of the coaching tools I now use professionally to both heal and discover my own passion for coaching. Through that work I saw the joy and passion I had when I worked with others and saw them light up. I could see a bigger picture, and reach for that higher potential.
