Shopping Takes Grit
Just look at our little warrior grandson, Porter! 😂 This shopping spree was a battle of epic proportions — Porter vs the department store. It’s a drama we’ve all starred in! (CeCe who gets stronger by the store, has driven me to this point on many occasions.)
Porter, like he’s auditioning for a melodrama, showcases the universal ‘I-can’t-take-it-anymore’ stance. We all hit these moments of exhaustion, from work, family, and life’s never-ending favors queue. But hey, what’s a little drama without a silver lining? 🌈
Let’s take a page from Porter’s playbook, folks! This is prime ‘Grit 101’ material. Believe it or not, we grow in these moments of sheer exhaustion. Porter bounced back like a champ, ready for an evening of food, jabber, and wobbly walk attempts.
Take this hilarious moment as a beacon of hope. We all have our Porter moments. But remember that every wall hit, every energy slump, and every negative thought is just a hurdle in the grit and glory race. So laugh it off, pick yourself up and focus on the benefits of pushing forward with gratitude and positivity. After all, we’ve got a purpose to pursue, goals to conquer, and a Porter to channel! 🚀💪😁
