SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Dance Happy is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. It is a social impact accessories brand that specializes in artisan-quality textiles. Dance Happy provides Employment for adults with disabilities, crafting totes, zipper bags, and other accessories, and celebrates the beauty of individuality. It is the first-ever Down syndrome-founded brand to be carried by Nordstrom and to complete the Tory Burch Foundation Fellowship program. Emily Sommers founded Dance Happy in September 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $55,000 and a maximum target of $110,000. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Hylio, with a valuation of $150.03 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company designs and manufactures autonomous drone systems that automate precision agriculture processes, enabling farmers to apply crop treatments directly to targeted areas. Hylio’s Technology helps increase crop yields, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact. The company has generated over $23 million in revenue to date, with $7.8 million from Q1-Q2 2024. Arthur Erickson, Nikhil Dixit, and Nick Nawratil founded Hylio. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $1.2 million. Campaign proceeds will support technology R&D, drone manufacturing, and scaling U.S.-based operations. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Opticyte, with a valuation of $12.08 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed a breakthrough device for accurate oxygen measurements. Opticyte’s VitalO2 device measures oxygen accurately for all skin tones and enables early detection of sepsis to close critical healthcare gaps. The AI-enabled device combines advanced pulse oximetry and cellular oxygenation for early detection of sepsis and early signs of organ failure and enables quicker intervention and better patient outcomes. Lorilee Siu Lin Arakaki and Kenneth Schenkman founded Opticyte in May 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum and maximum target of $123,999.81. Bear and the Honey Bakery and Coffee Bar is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. It is a specialty bakery and coffee shop in Phoenix, Arizona, known for its Italian-roasted coffee and premium pastries. Bear and the Honey Bakery and Coffee Bar offers a unique selection of breakfast, lunch, and brunch options, along with a range of cocktails, local wines, and beers. The bakery has created custom cakes for Amazon Prime movie premieres and has been named one of the top ten best bakeries in Phoenix by Yelp and Phoenix New Times. Valeria Hernandez Ayala, Monique Curry, and Samuel Curry founded Bear and the Honey Bakery and Coffee Bar in January 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $50,000.
