Energy Tools
Many people think that they need caffeine to pick up their energy, but that is an artificial way to get a high out of the systems, with the sacrifice of harmony in the systems. Nurturing with herbs and energy activities, the body responds quickly and happily, to balance emotions, provide mental Clarity, to deepen the breath, and to coordinate movement and comprehension.
Habits are not always good for us
If we believe that we cannot function without our cup of caffeine first thing in the morning, we have to ask ourselves, why are we different from previous generations? Why do we need caffeine? What if we need hydration? What if our adrenal glands are exhausted and we keep them that way with our habits? What if the fog in our brain is actually a starvation for brain enhancing movement patterns?
