Staying Active and Healthy after 50 is vital for longevity and ageing in a positive and well balanced way. In this episode, my guest is Jennifer Jones from The Retirement Phase. I first met Jennifer about 9 years ago. We were both Australian bloggers and have maintained a blogging friendship since then. A fun fact – we have never met in person and I had never heard Jen’s voice until this episode! I’ve long been inspired by Jennifer and her commitment to her health and wellbeing and now at 70 she is still going strong. She is a powerhouse but equally a beautiful soul and I enjoyed chatting with her. Jen is also a co-host for our monthly Wellness Reimagined Link Up.
