What to do when what you’re doing ain’t working?
As business owners and executives, we all approach problems with a degree of confidence and pride. Our mantra is “I’ve got this”. But what happens when you don’t “got this”?
You’ve heard me mention before how 9 times out of 10, the problem they hired me for ain’t THE problem.
That’s usually because we’re influenced by our own biases.
If what you’re doing is not working, take a step back and approach it from a new perspective.
Identify what’s working well and what’s not with no justification.
Then let someone else review and give you some ideas.
You may find that you’ve been trying to solve the wrong problem.
