Kim Benoy is a retired RN, Certified Aromatherapist, wife, mom, animal lover and podcast host who has a passion for helping women over 40 live every moment. She lives in Wisconsin with her husband of 36 years and loves being outside whenever possible, preferably with her dogs hiking trails in local parks. She loves to share the stories of women who have found ways to transform, grow and realize that life isn't over after 40, 50, 60 and beyond through her weekly podcast called Midlife with Courage.
