As Thanksgiving approaches, I’ve found myself reflecting on the extraordinary community we’ve built together. Every week, I have the privilege of engaging with impact investors, social entrepreneurs, and changemakers who are transforming the world—one thoughtful decision, one bold action at a time. Today, I want to pause and celebrate YOU.
This is more than just a list. It’s a heartfelt expression of gratitude for all you do, for who you are, and for the impact you create. Let me share ten reasons I’m thankful for YOU.
1. You do good in a thousand ways.
Everywhere I look, I see you making the world brighter. You’re building businesses that serve communities, Investing in ventures that uplift the underserved, and championing causes that need voices like yours. You don’t just talk about making a difference—you do it every single day. Whether you’re driving sustainability, empowering others, or fighting for social justice, your goodness radiates in countless ways. Thank you for showing us what it means to lead with purpose.
2. You want to do more good and make the world better.
What inspires me most about you is your insatiable desire to do more. You’re not satisfied with the status quo, even when you’re already creating profound impact. You keep asking, What’s next? What else can I do? How can I leave the world better than I found it? That hunger for improvement—for finding better ways to serve, innovate, and uplift—is at the heart of everything we do together. Thank you for never settling and for always reaching higher.
