How Fitness Impacts Your Business – Be Wary of Caffeine

  1. How Fitness Impacts Your Business - Be Wary of Caffeine Anne Bachrach 2:15

Today we are talking about Being Wary of Caffeine and how it can impact your business.

Let’s be honest, most business professionals seem to drink more caffeine and energy drinks than they should.  If you fall into that group, put down the caffeine now.  Instead of downing an energy drink, reach for a glass of water.  Consuming too much caffeine will dehydrate your body and encourage a whole host of other issues, including insomnia.  On the other hand, water will hydrate your body, promote a better complexion, flush out toxins, and can be consumed in high quantities without nasty side effects. As a matter of fact, some of my Coaching clients track the amount of water they drink each day because it is important to them to be hydrated.

Before there were so many apps and ways to measure and monitor your fitness and health, I created a simple spreadsheet to help my clients. To download a complimentary health and fitness tracking sample spreadsheet, go to https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/fitness-health-training-activity-tracking/, or use one of the many great online apps available today to help you with your health and fitness goals. Many of them are free to use, such as

https://www.sparkpeople.com/, https://www.loseit.com/, https://www.myfitnesspal.com/, and so many more.

As a business professional, you more than likely lead a hectic lifestyle.  Attending meetings, managing your business, and constantly being on the run requires you to be in tiptop physical shape.  Refuel your body with nutritious food, so that it can in turn provide you with the energy for leading such jam-packed days.  The bottom line is that if you’re not fit, neither is your business.
