Jen Aks has an energy that will come through to you as you listen to this conversation. Jen is on a mission to help others get into alignment with their body through the healing power of movement. As a dance educator, she has always been aware of the power of the body to guide us to enlightened living and shows us how to do that.

Jen talks about making the difficult decision three years ago to leave her 20 year marriage despite the fact that it wasn't a “bad” marriage. The energy just shifted and she found herself needing to move on.

This conversation is full of messages that midlife women need to hear including the powerful statement that we don't need to have the words to express what we are feeling. It's enough that our body tells us what to do.

To learn more about Jen and her amazing energy, you can find her on Instagram @jen_aks or on her WEBSITE where you will find links to her free Meditation classes as well.
