Tomorrow, February 14th, is Valentine’s Day.

For some, it’s a joyous celebration of our connection with our spouse, companion, partner, and loved one.

For others, it raises questions about why we need a holiday to mark something that’s central to our life and our True North.

And there are those for whom it’s a source of Grief or pain for various reasons – lack of a life partner, hurt over losing a life partner, or disillusionment over not having found a life partner.

But you know what we don’t talk about?

Loving ourselves.

I just finished reading a book called “Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends on It” by Kamal Ravikant and want to share a powerful lesson and practice from the book.

When’s the last time you looked in the mirror and said “I love myself”?

Do you think you could say it once?

Could you say it ten times?

When you tune in and listen to this very special episode, I’ll show you how this practice works, how I’ve made this mantra part of my routine, and why I call it a “mantra” rather than, say, an “affirmation”.

If you’re looking for love on Valentine’s Day, try looking in the mirror.

This could change your life in ways that, up until now, you could not possibly have imagined!
