BIO:
Carolina born, raised and lived her entire childhood through high school in Bogota Colombia. She holds a bachelor’s in business administration degree from the University of Central Florida and today focuses all her attention to “Pure Health Solutions” her own company and is passionate about her Coaching in nutrition and wellness.
Special focus goes to the bio-individuality and a holistic approach to well-being for her clients.
This results into an Education journey, teaching and guiding towards a balanced and healthy Lifestyle adapted by her clients for a sustained changed result. Healthy cooking with pure ingredients and flavors is a daily must, to create fabulous and intriguing meals.
This goes hand in hand with table settings reflecting the ambiance, mood and food to be shared with family and friends.
Family and spirituality are the other foundational pillars in Carolina’s life. Having lived in Florida and Massachusetts in the US, Cairo Egypt and now between Amsterdam the Netherlands and Mallorca Spain, cultures color all her activities.
Over the last three years, Carolina has teamed up with her daughter Michelle to create a coffee table book that captures the essence of her life. The book is divided into two significant parts, each integral to telling Carolina’s story, with a focus on traditions, food, and the art of table setting. Michelle’s artistic photography enhances Carolina’s storytelling, guiding the reader through the changing seasons with images of seasonal fruits and vegetables, table settings, and meaningful objects. The entire book is a harmonious blend of storytelling, beauty, and vibrant colour.
Carolina self-published the book in December 2024, and it will be officially launched on February 13, 2025.
Her passion for creativity, family, and healthy living is woven into her daily routine.
