Stanley I. Joseph (1927 — 2015)
Stan was born in Connersville, Indiana to Tillie and Jack Joseph. When he was young, his family moved to Zanesville, Ohio where his father started a scrap business. His father Jack, died at the age of 49 leaving Tillie to raise her two sons alone. Kind hearted Tillie also took in her young nephew Stanford, and raised him with the two boys. Stan was in the Navy at the end of World War II and came home to attend The Ohio State University where he met and fell in love with his wife of 65 years, Faye.
Stan is remembered for being such a kind soul. His two sons and four grandkids, spent quality time with him after he retired to Florida and then moved to Arizona. His life was focused around his family. You can see his kindness reflected in all four grandkids.
