Attract the Right Job or Clientele:

Are your actions helping to resolve issues?

The life cycle includes good and bad days, and the outcomes rely heavily on actions helping to resolve issues. But it isn’t always easy and often fits into categories of nerve-wracking or desiring to quit. To ultimately achieve what matters most, it’s best to realize that the effort we put in to discover where we may have strayed alongside the lessons, we learn to combine to empower ourselves further.

My Story

Yesterday was ‘one of those days’ when nothing appeared to work correctly. Often, time is on our side to wait situations out to determine the next best steps. On the backend, although there is never a guarantee that issues will disappear, positive thinking is essential for business. In the meantime, I chose to enjoy the outdoors while we still have good weather and enjoy conversations with those I know.

Often, our patience precedes ambition. It’s another application of weighing two perspectives to find a better solution. Fortunately, professional assistance enabled me to continue with the project at hand.

The concept sounds simple, but another commented that for a long while, she would just get exasperated and quit an entire effort, appearing not to produce to expectations. She admitted it took years to realize that patiently waiting out a solution will more likely yield the answers we seek.

When clients depend upon our efficiency and effectiveness for completing a project, waiting out the solution becomes more frustrating than ever. At the same time, knowing others are anxious, too, it becomes essential to take care of both the people and the issues at hand.

To keep the situation on an even keel with clientele, do the following:

  • Keep the client in the loop regarding incidents.
  • Explaining any delay and your actions to resolve issues calmly is essential.
  • Advise clientele that you will keep them posted on developments.
  • Assure clients that you will complete the project as soon as possible.

The above actions exemplify actions helping to resolve issues versus building up client frustration that then dismisses working together in the future.

Your Story: Are your actions helping to resolve issues?

The Smooth Sale theme is to develop a returning and referring clientele. It’s necessary to disguise the behind-the-scenes frustrations as we update clientele with steps underway to rectify situations. Otherwise, the Stress will compound and encourage customers to seek other service providers.

Realize that taking a day off to sort things out vs. losing a client is comparatively easy. By allowing your mind to roam and consider multiple options, solutions arise that you may not have considered. And on the backend, you give adequate time to the professional help you request to help resolve issues.

As clientele see you striving to do your best on their behalf, the loyalty increases dramatically. It’s beneficial to attempt to relax as you try to resolve issues. Once everything irons out, your clientele will be grateful and often show appreciation by providing testimonials and referrals for you and your business. In this instance, helping to resolve issues is an essential piece of your branding program, and clients know you are trustworthy.

In Conclusion: Are your actions helping to resolve issues?

Business success depends upon creating a returning and referring clientele. We each must realize our better communication strategies alongside the action helping to resolve issues.

Elinor Stutz International Best-Selling Author

Elinor Stutz broke through barriers long before doing so was popular. Against all the odds, she defied the theme “women can’t sell” to become the top producer at every company she ever worked for, ignoring attempts to get her to quit.

Eleven years later, I lay motionless on a stretcher with an irreparably broken neck. Two visions appearing before me, and a brilliant gold light encasing my entire body, gave me a reason to believe I would recover. I wholeheartedly knew I was about to empower audiences far and wide. At the moment, I negotiated a full recovery with the promise to be of service. The surgeon and hospital staff anointed me with the title “The Walking Miracle.”

As the CEO of Smooth Sale, Stutz adapted the motto, “Believe, Become, Empower.” Believe in yourself; Become the person you envision; Empower your audience to do the same. Stutz is on the Social Media Committee for Inclusion Allies Coalition devoted to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
