It is with great pleasure and a bit of bittersweet personal feeling that I announce my firm, HeadwayExec, LLC has acquired all of the services and intellectual property rights to “Big 5 Performance” and “Big 5 Works.”, the SaaS program and platform developed by my good friend and longtime colleague Roger Ferguson.

As I announced recently, Roger passed away August 27th from a long battle with Cancer. Among many meaningful legacies he leaves us, he wanted me to adopt and assume control Big 5. This transition was pre-planned (as only Roger does so well). It has now been completed.

I am both honored to assume this great challenge and humbled to have been blessed with Roger wanting me to do this for him and his family. Big 5 lives on!!

What is Big 5?

For those who have not heard before, Big five is a simple yet elegant solution to annual performance reviews as well as a powerful tool for managers to create operating accountability.
