Meet Dr Ginny Trierweiler

Dr. Ginny Trierweiler is the author of the forthcoming book “Slender for Good after 50: Eat More, Stress Less, and Never Diet Again.” She is a psychologist and certified health coach who discovered evidence-based solutions for her own eating and weight issues.

Now she loves to help other women learn how Truly Healthy Eating works, and how they can actually CRAVE the Good foods and drinks. Every day, she is helping other wise women (and men) make healthy eating habits easy, and escape stress and worries about eating and weight.
