Camp Allendale  as a summer church camp was representative of similar faith-based operations across the Midwest in the mid-twentieth century. 
This episode of TPC pays tribute to its culture and impact on the young lives, including your host and narrator’s, as they attended annually during their Junior High  and HighSchool years. 
Though the narrative is more details than tales,  it should still bring smiles through personal recollections.
