Waking Up Hungry? What You Need to Know for Good Sleep (OMG Take Five)

  1. Waking Up Hungry? What You Need to Know for Good Sleep (OMG Take Five) Cheryl Fischer 5:06

We all want to sleep through the night, or even fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer, or even be able to get back to sleep easily when we wake up, right?

Cherie Tripp joined me for episode 22 of OMG Teach Me (listen here) and gave some great tips for sleep hygiene and healthy sleep.  After that episode, questions came up about hunger at night.  What should we do if we wake up hungry?

Well, there’s an easy answer: hydrate.

Listen in for a listener’s story as she tried (and then stopped trying) better hydration during the day to help her sleep at night.

Make sure you follow some of the habits before bed that I’m sharing today as well!
