Relationships are all about trust – whether we’re talking about work relationships, family relationships, parent/child relationships, or partner relationships.

Not only does that mean that trusting each other is important, it also means that self-trust is key.  We need to be able to recognize our emotions, be present in the moment, and be truthful about what we are thinking and feeling.

How can we improve? Courtney Clifford, psychotherapist, joins me this week to share with us the power of equine assisted Therapy.

Horses have such a sense of emotion and energy, and they absolutely know when we are saying one thing and doing another or when we aren’t trusting ourselves to lead.
