When I started following Renee Landers over at @reneefitat70 a while back I knew she would blow up on social media. I asked to interview her for @vivafifty, and we had a blast chatting.

The video podcast has yet to be released, but in the meantime, Renee and I were able to meet in person in Tampa, an hour north of where I live and hopefully it’s the first of many meet-ups!

Let me tell you she is even more beautiful and energetic in person, and that’s saying a LOT.

She’s one of the women who let me know that at 61 I am just getting started. Heck, She had lumbar fusion surgery at 60 and didn’t do her first bodybuilding show until she was 69!
At 72 she is thriving!

Since we both can dance but neither of us can lead, we did a little cha cha (she is marking the beat) to finish off our time together.
