  1. Breathwork in Bed with Australian SF Tim Thomas HomeFront Sitrep 1:46:10

As a former Special Forces operator, I’ve channeled my expertise into creating some of Australia’s most impactful veteran Mental Health recovery programs, transforming countless lives along the way. My mission is to deliver actionable strategies and transformative insights that leave a lasting impression on your audience. With a unique blend of motivational storytelling and practical tools, I specialize in topics that your audience will deeply resonate with: Mastering optimal rest and the science of high-quality Sleep. Breaking through fear and rebuilding unshakable resilience. The power of generosity and its ripple effects on success and happiness. Harnessing breathwork to eliminate Stress and supercharge well-being. Together with my team, we’ve raised over $1 million for charities that create real, measurable change. Two organizations I’m particularly proud to support are the Gallipoli Medical Research Foundation, which pioneers breakthroughs in health research for veterans, and the Queensland Brain Institute, known globally for its work in neuroscience and mental health. I pride myself on providing not just inspiration but real, tangible value that your listeners can implement immediately to improve their wellness and unlock their potential. Whether it’s during our conversation or long after the episode airs, my goal is to empower your audience with tools to enhance their lives. At the heart of it all, I’ve discovered that connection—both to ourselves and others—is the foundation of a truly meaningful life. My approach is rooted in the belief that we’re all in this together, and when one of us wins, we all rise.

David Willis HomeFront Sitrep Podcast

My name is David Willis, I knew at a very early age that I was going into the military but didn’t know what branch. As I got older and started learning about each branch and quickly figured out that the Marines was the best. I served in the Marine Corps from 97-04. My MOS was 0311(infantry). I went to Paris Island for boot camp after boot camp I was stationed with 2nd blt 8th Marines Golf company. While with 2/8 I went on several deployments to port a prince Haiti, Okinawa, South Korea, Greece, also did two trips to Bridgeport California for cold weather training, I wasn’t going to make a Mediterranean float so I extended and joined 1st blt 8th Marines Bravo company. During my time there we deployed to the Mediterranean and had stops in Spain, Italy, Malta, Africa, and other ports. I got out of the Marines in August of 01, but 9/11 happened and was recalled to go back in where I was stationed with a mobilization support battalion and deployed.
