When you feel fear, treat it as an opportunity. This can be challenging when focusing on fear is the last thing you want to do. It is especially true when we are afraid of failure, rejection, or criticism. However, if we grasp onto this fear, it can help guide us to success.

This is what my grandson said to his mum when she asked him how he could defeat his fears.

Have you ever been afraid of something? Fear is a normal emotion and we can overcome it. It is just like any other obstacle we face. We can either choose to fight our fears or run away from them in defeat.

Fear is a normal human emotion, an essential response to threat and danger. While fear is natural, it can become a problem in certain situations. It is often perceived as negative, but it can be used to your advantage.

Fear is an emotion. It’s the feeling of worry, fear of loss, fear of the unknown, and fear that something bad might happen.
