Daily Looks: No Compromise With Green Winter Outfits

I didn’t plan on this idea of showcasing all my daily looks to fit the theme of green winter outfits. But after I posted both Saturday’s and Sunday’s look, I figured I might as well carry on.

With that in mind, I figured it would be beneficial to show a wide range of color combinations with my green winter outfits. Changing up the color pairings with our clothing is an easy way to make our closets seem bigger.

I think you would enjoy it if you signed up for the emails below. Besides the free eBook, my email family gets personal tidbits of what’s going on in my life along with other happenings, sales, information, giveaways, extra photos, and interesting articles.

1-Green Winter Outfits with Neutrals

SATURDAY

The outfit started with the white sheer embroidered top I recently found at Just Be Youtiful.
I thought it would be fun to layer it over this green dress (worn with snake boots in the past).

I shortened the sheer top by creating a knot in the back with a clear elastic and I wanted to cover it up, so out came the fur trimmed bolero that my mom made ages ago (worn with polka dots in the past).

Extras:
-Fur belt thrifted 2 yrs ago but this was the 1st time it was worn.
Faux fur wristlets
-Brown booties
-Bling on bolero

SUNDAY

I shared the story behind these jeans in my email. And since I finally finished them, I had to wear them…to church.

To make them dressier, I wore my silk green blouse (12 years old) and my green velvet blazer (worn last year 3 ways).

I added a green belt (that needed an extra hole…thankfully I had my leather hole punch).

Extras:
-Sparkly thrifted sequin booties
-Bow brooch on the lapel
-Silver shoulder scraping earrings
Green glasses from Glasses Shop–Use code Jodie35

2-Green Winter Outfits with Bright Colors

MONDAY

Bright colors are ones that I consider to be saturated and bold. I paired the velvet green pants that match the blazer from yesterday’s look with my yellow thrifted jacket.

What you don’t see is the pair of leggings under the pants because we are off to Yogalates class later, and I needed the warmth.

I opted for my lime green Converse sneakers to give it a modern and street style vibe.

Extras:
-Button covers on the buttons on the top.
-Yellow scrunchie in my hair
Yellow glasses from EyeBuyDirect

TUESDAY

Today I chose to pair my faux leather green shorts with a bright pink turtleneck.
A friend found the shorts while thrifting and the story was shared last year.

I continued the pink color with my Cariuma sneakers and Pair toppers on my glasses.

For extra warmth, I added my black and white faux fur jacket (worn with winter white in the past) and fleece-lined tights.

My favorite part is how I used the green brooch to contain my necklace by pinning it through my sweater to keep the necklace from moving from side to side.

Want to see this necklace hack in action? It’s a video on IG. Make sure to follow me for more fun ideas.

And yes, I wore sheer blingy socks too. I’ve had these for ages and wore them with grey jeans in the past.

WEDNESDAY

Pairing pastels was the next idea for styling green winter outfits, and I chose this pink denim skirt that was worn as part of my color recipe years ago.

Today I made it work for winter by wearing it with tall boots (complete with knee socks for warmth) and a heavy sweater.

Insider tip: These boots are only $15 because the style is discontinued. Use code COMFY10 for a discount. Previously worn with a skirt and shorts.

My sweater is hand-knit and felted and layered over this polka dot blouse.

Extras:
-Clip-on earrings on the front of my boots.
-Flower pin on my sweater.
-Pom pom earrings

FRIDAY

I wore another pastel color as part of my green winter outfits. Bright green and light blue are not color combinations that I see very often, yet I love how they come together.

I added a print blouse with both colors in it (to a degree) to pull it all together.

And then another pair of Cariuma sneakers since we were going thrifting with a friend and they matched the pants perfectly.

Insider tip: Did I tell you how the company sends a survey occasionally where I get $30 off? That’s one reason I have so many pairs. Reminder, they aren’t made for wide feet.

Green winter outfits are a fabulous way to bring freshness to the drab days of this season.

Considering the huge variety of hues, there’s a way to make green work for every style and occasion. Remember, layering is your best friend in winter, and green pairs beautifully with neutrals, bright colors, and even pastels.

Don’t be afraid to experiment; let this fresh, vibrant color breathe new life into your wardrobe. After all, winter is the perfect season to stand out and show off your stylish flair!
