The Hidden Power of Time

Have you ever noticed how time seems to fly by when you’re happy but drags endlessly during Stress or tough moments?

 

There’s a deeper reason for this—and it could be the key to letting go of what’s holding you back.

 

Does This Sound Familiar? You might be carrying “time-energy” if:

  • You feel rushed even when there’s no reason to hurry.
  • You’re stuck in old emotional patterns or memories.
  • You worry about being “behind” in life.
  • Time seems to either speed up or crawl unexpectedly.

How to Reset Your Relationship with TimeHere are a few quick ways to shift your time-energy today:

 

1. The 3-Breath Reset: When you catch yourself rushing, stop. Take three deep breaths and notice how the moment begins to shift.

 

2. Memory Release: Think of a stressful memory, but don’t dwell on it. Instead, focus on where you feel “stuck” in your body. Breathe into that space and feel it loosen.

 

3. Anchor in the Present: Set a reminder on your phone every hour. When it rings, pause and say to yourself: “Time is flowing perfectly right now.”

 

4. Bedtime Time Release: Before you Sleep, place your hands over your heart. Imagine releasing all the time-energy stored in your day. Feel it dissolve as you relax.

The next time you’re stressed about time, ask yourself:
“Am I actually running late—or running from something deeper?”

 

When you shift how you hold time, everything starts to flow. Pick just one practice today and see what changes.
