Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered Crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.
Each Friday, Devin will share his favorite impact investment opportunity from the list shared on Monday. Devin’s Impact Pick of the Week will be available only for the Impact Members of the SuperCrowd. You can join the Impact Members by subscribing to this monthly newsletter for just $5.95! GillyGro is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. The company is a modern Lifestyle Travel brand that creates versatile, thoughtfully designed products for families, travelers, and anyone living life on the move. GillyGro began during the pandemic, founded by Suphy Kung after overcoming 18 months of corporate rejections, and has since built a trusted community of over 8,000 parents and grandparents. The flagship 5-in-1 Parent Backpack has received accolades including “Best Baby & Toddler Product of 2025” from Parents Picks Awards and has expanded its appeal beyond parents to a broader audience. GillyGro is patent protected, CPC certified, and part of Amazon’s exclusive Launchpad Program. The company has also partnered with nonprofit organizations to support low-income families, minority groups, and foster care programs. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used to expand product offerings—including a Pet Owner Backpack—and grow the brand’s reach into new communities while continuing to simplify everyday adventures with innovative, inclusive designs. The crowdfunding campaign proceeds will support continued Growth and Innovation in culinary offerings and guest experiences. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
Island Seafood ATL is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. The company is Atlanta’s go-to source for premium, wild-caught American seafood, operated by fishermen with generations of experience. Unlike many competitors, Island Seafood never sells imported or frozen seafood—instead, it delivers fresh fish, shrimp, and scallops directly from U.S. waters to local customers. The business boasts 5-star ratings on Google, Facebook, and Square, making it the highest-rated seafood company in Georgia based on public reviews. CEO Ingram Boykins leads the operations with a mission to support local fishing communities and provide sustainable, top-quality seafood. The current crowdfunding campaign will help outfit their first brick-and-mortar location in Atlanta with new equipment and a fresh oyster bar. This flagship store will serve as the model for future expansion into cities like Nashville, Louisville, and Indianapolis. The campaign proceeds will be used for equipment upgrades and building out the Retail space. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
