Have you enjoyed doing the West Mabou Set or the Inverness Set at a local Cape Breton dance? Did you know that the sets were originally done as a four couple set?
Join us for fun this weekend as we test the waters with a new idea for the community. We will be offering instruction for the square sets and exploring some of the islands best patterns. This weekend we will be reviewing the nuances of the Inverness South Square Set, as well as the foot patterns for the jigs and reels.
Please bring a water bottle and your dancing shoes and join us at the Hillsborough-Glendyre Hall. Class starts at 7 pm.
If you are looking for stepdance classes, Michelle is currently offering online sessions on Monday afternoons. You can register here, for the next class coming up.
