Did you know only 40% of women over 40 Exercise regularly, and that number drops to 30% for women over 60?

But regular exercise improves heart health, boosts bone density, enhances mobility, sharpens mental Clarity, and even lifts your mood! Plus, it’s never too late to start.

Started exercising at 13, became a fitness instructor in my 20s and 30s, and at 55, I earned my RYT500 Yoga certification. Now at 61, still flowing strong!

We don’t stop moving because we grow old, we grow old because we stop moving.

I am currently injured (broken toe not pictured here) and I’m finding alternatives to my usual yoga flows and workouts.
