Mindfulness for Work-Life Balance

Work-Life Balance Concept

Take a moment to reflect on how mindfulness for work-life balance can improve your balance of work and life. Are you at work worrying about home and at home worrying about work?

Today, I read a statement saying, “Be where your feet are.” I thought it was a tremendous visual and awareness Exercise!

How can you implement a work/life balance that works for you? How would this balance improve your life?

One way to move toward a comfortable balance is through present-centered awareness that comes from developing a mindful practice.

Mindfulness improves awareness, as well as focus and concentration.

Let go of the belief that I can’t maintain a competitive edge in my career and nurture a healthy personal life.

Furthermore, Let go of the programming that being busy is being successful.

Being balanced or well-rounded means we need to rest and replenish. Spend time enjoying life, so we peak perform at work.

I know firsthand it is easier said than done!

As many know, I am one intense, driven career woman! My mind does not unplug that quickly, and I am not the queen of relaxation.

LOL

But I have routines in place to assist me in coming into the present moment and unplugging my busy mind. It is about the habits I have developed and the trained mindset I developed to recognize and release thought patterns that created limiting beliefs that no longer serve.

I instead foster new beliefs that support efficiency at work and more profound connection in my life activities. I have a life that is uniquely my sense of balance!

I’ll leave you with this reflection question on Mindfulness for Work-Life Balance: how can you create a life of balance for yourself?

Know I am here to support you and assist you with the life you wish to live! If you would like to learn more, please do reach out. I am just a call away.

Mindfully yours,

Nancy
