Right Size Your Risk

We’ve been hearing from so many people recently that they are feeling like so much is at risk these days.  

Businesses are seeing changes in the marketplace and are considering pivoting or closing shop.   Individuals are afraid of losing their jobs or being down-sized and are considering jumping ship.  On both sides of the coin, the risk to continuing feels massive… and yet the risk to making a change feels even scarier.  

When it comes down to it, every decision we make (or don’t make) comes with some level of risk.   

So, what is one to do?
