Life and Business Alchemist, Kim Romain, exists where the magical and tactical connect to help individuals and organizations make the world a better place. With over 20 years of facilitating change as an attorney, nonprofit and corporate executive, artist, and theatrical professional, Kim knows the power of a great strategic plan coupled and supported by mystical energies. She is both an intuitive and logistical sounding board and partner, allowing space for new perspectives and ways of doing things. Kim is recovering attorney, trained mediator, visual artist, ICF-accredited coach, founder of the Chaos to Clarity and Time Alchemy programs, former co-host of The Best Parts Podcast, co-host of the YKAC Weekly Wrap-up podcast, and co-founder of the Your Kickass Career Collective. She is truly the unicorn fairy godmother you always knew you wanted but never knew existed.

Louise Neil is a professional certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), certified (NLP) Neurolinguistics Program practitioner, and a certified Courageous Living Life Coach with a significant focus on career and leadership development. Have decades of corporate experience in getting people to find the core question which needs answering. With over 20 years in product and project management, finance, continuous improvement and analytics, she now combines her questioning superpowers with extensive coach training to uniquely master the art of the career pivot. She is the founder of Pivoting Point Career Solutions, a small business solely dedicated to helping folks find purpose and joy in the work they do, former co-host of The Best Parts Podcast, and current co-creator of the Your Kickass Career Collective. Her *Pivotal Advantage Program* has had phenomenal success with both mid and later life career changers. Louise isn’t afraid to ask you the questions you’ve been avoiding so you can not only shift your thinking but shift your energy to find flow and ease in the work you do.
