I have created a wonderful plan for myself and if you are open I am blessed to be able to share it with you.
The last two years were such a blessing for me I have learned to love myself truly, Self Compassion, Self Talk, Mindfulness were my saving grace. I have started a YouTube channel so many people said I need to inspire more people never knew at age 56 I will have such a wonderful career change love telling stories, making movies and on occasion say “Oopsie Daisy” that people loved….

For 36 years I was in the corporate world not expecting to be retrenched in Dec 2020. This forces me to expedite my plans.

I am a qualified Life Coach, NLP Practioner and Mindfulness Teacher, wow is it not incredible what one can do if you put your mind to it.

Just show you anything is possible.

I designed a 12-week program base on all the things that I have learned and incorporated the last two years with my transformation. This is a package structured to help you from the start without the need to spend weeks on an investigation where you could have excel already.
