Unwinding Trauma – Building Resiliency mini explanation

This special program is the mastermind of Dr Michelle Greenwell, Tanya Levy, and Colin MacLeod. Their collaborative effort has created a layering of tools to help raise energy and vitality for shifting from a frozen state of being with limited resources and capacity, to a thriving life style that maximizes special gifts, experiences, and tenacity to be the best possible YOU!

Layered within this program is the BioEnergetic Wellness Formula identified by Dr Greenwell in her dissertation work in Complementary and Integrative Health, the inspirational photography and intuitive art by Tanya Levy including colour, intention, frequency, and nature inspirations, the intuitive music created by Colin MacLeod, movement-based activities identified by Dr Greenwell, and the power of herbs through tea with the tea artist capacity of Dr Greenwell.

We have been asked if anyone else is doing this type of work. Our initial response is "no," because of the multidimensional layering of concepts and activities. On their own, the activities, music, and art can be inspiring and effective based on the knowledge of research in science and neuroarts. Together, with the approach that we have layered, these tools become inspirational in a whole new way. The results are in the awareness and experience of relaxation that occurs, even in the presence of triggers or memories.

The basic assumptions we identify, and the objectives we lay out create a foundational approach that combines many aspects of science and art to move people forward in their lives.

The addition of tea as a healing ally is one that people often try to use as a medicine. Our approach considers the relationship of the herbs to each other based on their overall intention. The colour, smell, and taste of the tea layers more with the herbs than just making a tea with your favourite herbs. There is a very special relationship built with the herbs and your wellbeing.
