In my experience as an entrepreneur and a staunch supporter of a vibrant culture in the workplace, I have frequently been aware of the tick-tock of the clock reverberating in my ears. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the pressure to make every second count toward something constructive, but let’s be honest: It’s not always possible to do so. How is it possible to keep track of so many things at once without making a mistake? The solution consists in strategic methods for increasing production as well as efficient management of one’s time.
