Fairy shares her personal and painful journey through the troubled teen industry. For many, these facilities are sold as places for “help” or “reform,” but behind their walls, children are often taken from their homes, subjected to harsh treatment, and forced into programs that can leave lasting emotional and psychological scars.

Fairy opens up about being taken from her family and sent to a facility where she faced abuse, isolation, and intense discipline. She speaks candidly about the Trauma, the broken systems, and how many kids—like herself—are treated as though they need to be “fixed” instead of being supported with love and understanding. Despite the darkness, Fairy's story is one of resilience, hope, and the strength to reclaim her own voice.
