The mission of the Heroes To Heroes Foundation is saving the lives of U.S. combat veterans suffering moral injury and at serious risk of death by suicide.
Key to the one-year program is peer support, spiritual reawakening, and reconnection to faith. Mid-way through the year Teams of vets go on a 10-day Journey to Israel. There they visit the Western Wall, are baptized in the Jordan River, visit Yad Vashem, visit The Stations of the Cross, and so much more as they journey across the country. In Israel, the vets Travel with IDF soldiers (Israel Defense Forces), many of who are suffering in the exact same way!
